Discrimination between old and new employee. Chairman's behavior is very disastrous. Chairman has very abusive language and rigid minded. he always in search of how to cut the salary of his employees. Despite company's good earning at the time of this corona epidemic, all employee have been paid just 50% of their wages, and also placed condition that if any employee resigns ha/she has to return paid salary. He did not allow the employee to be present to the office because of covide19, but at the salary time he gives salary as per attendance in office. In this way all worker and employee have to forcefully stay at home as a unemployed.

Npm is best learning and improve knowledge our. Job atmosphere is well and good while employees relationship reliable together as like family.

Dislikes

I want to change my job place because of increase my salary and better climate.
