Management, HR policies, Not-so-worthy managers. People in the managerial positions the decision-makers do not know what to do. Specifically product managers. Never gives you feedback on your work, and appraisal forget about it.

...o shock and just began talking rudely and seemingly not interested in hiring me. After that HR asked me to share pay slips without giving any word on the interview. Seems awful place with egoistic head of engineering. Dodged a bullet here.
