The only thing I like about the company was that salary was given on time. And my immediate Manager was very helpful.

Work culture is terrible where each day you're only told that you'll be out of the company rather then motivating the employees. City manger and regional manager play politics and only hire people to fire within months. No job security you can be asked to leave without any PIP or notice of performance improvement. Which means HR policy is very very very poor.

No Petrol Allowance. they treat you like a slave and no work ethic no self respect worst management no timing sense. In the name of Seo and digital promotion they fool customers.

Company don't pay you the incentives.Work lif balance is not there. Over working exhausts employees. Customers are not at all satisfied. They sue you on behalf of company due to malpractices. Not good salary structure. Worst organization to work ever.Please don't join.

Nowfloats is biggest fraudulent organisation here people only know to remove money from customers Not a single customer getting any kind of enquiry For earning money nowfloats is good but self satisfaction it is not You have to lie to the customers that you will get enquiries but they are not getting any single enquiries

Management, HR policies, Not-so-worthy managers. People in the managerial positions the decision-makers do not know what to do. Specifically product managers. Never gives you feedback on your work, and appraisal forget about it.
