The Indian leadership is a curse to the company. No vision & only politics Indian operations lack the mindset of mnc & behaviour is full of autocracy The leader only prefer one family & both the individuals are given one or another benefits of the company either it’s promotion, awards monetary benefits etc due to his personal reasons, industry well knows about them & those individuals caliber. The management has closed the eyes & doesn’t bother though many people have left the company in last 2 years from India HR is inefficient & doesn’t acknowledges the issues raised No questions asked is preferred in India

I'm sorry to say that, there is nothing what i like about this company. just have chance to grow your skills but that was almost impossible cause of Company's Management.
