Dislikes

Poor management, no proper training provide related to work. Only top level 4 to 5 people manage this company. If you listen them then you will able to work, others wise you have found new job asap. Most of employees are family members or close friends, hence next level politics here. No clarity on future business Poor work policy, you will feel like you in boarding school. Even if you go for washroom you have to puch in and out. That time also count in your productivity.

One thing I'd complain about at novumgen is the lack of coffee machine. I mean who wouldn't want a steady supply of caffeine on those busy days. But I guess more reason to drink chai made in our cafeteria for morning n evening time charge up
