Promotions system as there everyone cannot be promoted in the same year. so you feel down even after having worked hard and not getting a promotion.

Likes

It's a good place to understand how a CRO works and learn the process and technicalities involved in clinical research.

Dislikes

- Very fast paced and lot of changes with unclear communication - No work life balance - No recognition - Favoritism amongst management - Opportunities for development are low and is based mainly on manager's discretion - Horrible work pressure - No harmony within team - More preference to hiring people from outside instead of promoting/rewarding internal members

Likes

When I started working at Novotech, culture of open and transparent communication as well as respect for its people was really good. I admired its leadership at top and opportunities it provided for growth. Even salaries and benefits were good if not top of the table.

Dislikes

Recent changes in the culture, less transparent communication as well as lack of it sometimes. Organization has acquired many companies globally and eventually it may be sold of to another PE or investor so it is going through these motions which brings its own set of challenges for employees and pain associated with it.

Likes

Excellent work culture. Superb support from line managers. An open and transparent environment between the employees and c-level executives. Learning and development is next to none when compared to other MNCs

Dislikes

Sometimes workload is more than manageable. No is not an option.

Likes

One will get a chance to explore vast opportunities to grow across horizons. Work timings and flexible work hours.

Dislikes

As Novotech office is located at the heart of the city. You'll be forced to live away from work place. But however, as the office timings are great one can escape traffic if leaving from office on time.
