The salary is on time no matters what but no proper appraisals nor promotion always their is a reason of something or the others worked for 3yrs in which my salary went from 22k to 26k pathetic

Seniors not supported, all kind of work related to market, operations is performed alone, Daily reporting is demotivated to employee because every day is not well good in respect of marketing. No motivational program is happened.

Company current management was terrible, do not have any active product, only ask billing billing and billing. When we ask after billing to active service (HDFC), management absolutely deny. Any way overall current situation was not good, 80% Bengal Team are Resign in just one month.
