Nothing, They don't pay timely. The also not assigned the employee to their respective jobs. And they took interviews very frequently. They don't have even enough space to sit for more than 50 employees.

Horrible company and pathetic owners who on their whims and fancy remove the employees salary is never paid on time and company is totally mismanaged and huge debts from banks

Organisation has no Structure, Salary and Expense does not given on time, also local management take money from employee for activity but didn't return to employees. I was resigned from organisation as a BDM but I am not receive any working bag / inputs but they want input from me for FNF , no Structure in the organisation. Terminated field colleague without any intimation/ farther information Poor work culture in HO as well as local management. HR Poor , Local Management also Poor
