It is very dirty company

It is a very dirty company. Because of only two days leave, they withheld my salary and expenses, got the settlement done, and by adding training and the remaining amount, they ate up the entire salary and expenses, whereas the company neither gave any training nor did anything and fired the entire team one by one. Salary ke sath sath overtime bhi milta hai Gaadi ka conveyance aur maintenance bhi diya jata hai Sbhi ka nature accha hai sb respect se baat karte hai MD sir bahoot help karte hai

No bonus , no salary hike , no confirmation, you got only in-hand salary and nothing add on benifits , but nice behaviour

There is lot of issues like no one follow process of work, Lots of glitches in working culture , only old employees of company can work in the environment, Only rare cases of new employee can adjusted in the environment. Like in-transit stock inwarded in the system, and also billed to the customer, short supply to the customer etc. After the all activities, they wants everything perfect ? But positive point is every one act like try to support you.
