Dislikes

Softline(Noventiq)have deducted my annual bonus as per their own policy but in offer letter bonus component is dependent on KPI GOALS ACHIEVEMENT. Before joining please get clarity bonus component from HR and Reporting Manager.

Company is good but no staff increase in last 2 years in Support team, Management changed but it was for worse, My manager himself don't know technical stuff and he is handling a technical team.

I have had the unfortunate experience of working under a manager who embodies the very definition of toxic leadership, As a employee it is my responsibility to share my observations and experience so others can make informed decisions. GSS leadership is not in safe hands especially This is what you will experience under GSS nowadays. 1. Micromanagement 2. lack of feedback :- No feedbacks will be given to you on your areas of improvement but you will see an strike email directly sent to HR. 3. Favoritism :- Cream projects where there is opportunity to learn will be given to people who are his favorite and not to resources who can upskill themselves with such hands on experiences 4. Incompetence :- Leadership quality is missing, It is nicely said that if you are appointed leader that doesn't mean that you are a leader the team you are leading should accept you as a leader. We are forced to do certifications and that too multiple certifications in a quarter, even after doing it sales team is unable to get projects for the skills we are certified with. 5. No Recognition for good work : - Mundane tasks are given to non favorite employees which does not add any value to the resume but as company is getting revenue from it people like us are involved in it and unrealistic expectations are setup without using logic, But still after meeting the expectations which are unrealistic no recognitions for that employee. 6. Notice period :- Only our team have 3 months notice rest whole company enjoys 2 months notice period. These are above few points which I thought were really important to be highlighted, Such people should be terminated from the company or straight away demoted from decision making positions, how can the company be great place to work with above points.

If you are on management favourite list then you will be given all the benefits, horrible Hr director very arrogent rude she only like high profile staffs with good looks and good looks. Most of the management people are not in office. No support most of the old staffs will not teach you anything bcoz they are insecure and afraid of losing their value in job if freshers are more smart, intelligent and if they learn everything.dont know what attitude they hold..show off people if u join this company 1st 6months will be like heal you have to learn everything by our own.i don't understand how they get Great place to work award every year as there is nothing to like in this company.filled with stupid people.no one will talk with you they will let you feel alone.hate all the staff of this company there is option of wfh but u will only get if ur manager is little supportive

Job satisfaction, new things to learn.

Dislikes

Management was very good under Mr. Atul Ahuja & Mr. Vinod Nair, but now in the name of cost cutting they reduce facilities, compensations & benefits. also forcing to work like machine no personal life left. Do not join in Service Delivery team.
