Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

A kind of proprietary oriented organization. Employees are behaves likes Barking Dogs to others as they are surrendered their Brain and Life to the owner and they hate to share the friendly space of the institution to a new comer. Whatever the owner says the employees will follow. They don't bother about social impact or customer sentiments. A new comer is always an enemy to them as they developed a Novelty community inside the organisation. They and their relatives and friends are safe to work. The owner was a simple man who used and forced to do his inherited business so that he never grown up and went out of those particular employee community.

Dislikes

People those who are in a safe zone and don't want to spoil the present freedom never think about to quit the job as there is no plan and ideas in their brain about other job place. Naturally these kind of employees will hurt a new comer.
