I have been working here for the last more than 4months and have found the place excellent for learning the job as the Team Leaders, Managers, and co-writers are extremely supportive and friendly. The work-life balance is maintained nicely on account of the disciplined work process and the logout (Untill there is a heavy workload). The options of recreation for the employees from the company's end have added value additionally. The best company I have ever worked in till the date. Thanks to Novelish for such a nice job opportunity.

Some good colleagues who are like family and learned various things.

Dislikes

Exceptionally biased management and they only give promotion based on favouritism. Some coordinators dominated the management and decision always make based on their call instead of listening other people's view point. Hardworking employees who always gives their 💯 have not appreciated and employees only promoted based on their oiling talent and management favouritism. Full of negativity and complete useless work environment and some senior executives presented.

I have been working here since September 2024 and found a positive work culture. My team leader is very much supportive and guides me thoroughly with much patience. The management are also good and provide me support and guide me if I face any problem regarding the work

Although I often had to work under tight deadlines and high pressure situations, I found the experience of managing and guiding writers both rewarding and enjoyable. The collaborative environment was not only supportive but also fostered creativity, making it a pleasure to work with the team. I gained valuable insights , developed new skills and learned a great deal about leadership, communication and intricacies of content creation.

Occasional frustrations with communication which sometimes led to delays and misunderstandings.
