... go to novel as no humans can work here. Firstly you won't get any benefit here. There is no proper salary increment, in interview they will mention that annual increment will be provided but don't expect that they will give you increment. As you will be near to complete 1 yr they will terminate you without any proper reason bcz if you continue there after 1yr they have to give you some increment and if they terminate you and they hire new person they have to pay less for them so purposefully they will terminate you I saw the same thing they done to my colleague. And the other people's who works along with you will kick you and they will go ahead as they will ask for some increment and they will do 2 or 3 persons work by doing OT and they will intentionally escalate you to the manager. Novel is full politics if the manager is Telugu then Telugu people can survive in novel if the manager is kannada then kannada people can survive in novel. After all if you will miss to reply to a single mail also they will deduct your one full day salary. Fine the above everything is acceptable but how they can treat a woman as so cheap, bcz when I got pregnant they asked me to resign y bcz they can't give maternity leave but I denied and continued working in novel. They are having maternity policy of 6 months but they denied to give leave for my delivery after several meetings they accepted to give 2 months leave without payment. After my delivery with my TL's permission I rejoined and after 15 days of rejoining they asked me to resign and they denied to pay me for the 15 days and the manager was like who told you to rejoin I was not aware of your rejoining and all. But I had mail proof so they finally agreed to pay. Novel is like no increment no bonus no pf no insurance and more over no humanity and if you want to stay in novel you have to always pull someone's leg.
