Nothing, they have terrible management and they cut your pay without a reason. They delay paying every month for executive level employees.

Everything. It cannot be classified as a company. Its not even Novel Office on papers. Its some Vibgyor company. They do not have PF, no benefits.

The work-life balance here is excellent. You will find a supportive team that will always ready for help and support. Working here has helped me develop multiple skills. The company's culture is great, as everyone is friendly, making the work environment enjoyable.

- They monitor your loo break timings. - They fire people for simple reasons like .....late to work by 30 mins. - Stinky office... - In washrooms they don't provide paper napkins and the water in the taps will not pour out...it will spray.....they do it to save water.

There is only false promises and no growth. Management has eyes only for their favourites and freshers are treated like kings and queens always sugar coated because they want to spread the word that Novel is a good employer which is actually false and not the case.

This is the company appears for Naukri but don't hire freshers. They reject instantly, I think like this every companies love to squeeze all money before joining.
