One of the great places to work and also the work life balance is well established. Company policies are good, culture, vision, people, learning, fun. Overall Novartis is complete package of life and happiness.

Company could increase the pay as per the market value. Hikes received are less comparetively

... even bother to look after employee complains. absolutely extinct department. 7. managers will call personally and ask employees to work on saturday and sundays without any extra pay. 8. they retaliate against external/ contractual employee if not listening to them. 9. raising against management with valid issues is not taken seriously. Overall -SCM is the worst department to work.

Nothing much only salary is on time as per payroll calendar.

Late promotion cycles. Promotion and salary hikes are given to people closer to management. Favouritism to department managers play key role here in development

Work life balance is amazing, tech is good, salary is great, benefits are great, company culture is awesome. Lot of involvement with business stakeholders gives exposure

Dislikes

Opportunities for growth are less, if someone is pure techie, may get disappointed with the kind of work. Some days pressure is a lot, while most other days are quite breezy.
