Overall good company to work. Dynamic company. Division to division culture differs. Have a great pipeline. Despite pandemic company sails strongly..& during this pandemic company supports the employee in a big way which no other company can think of.

Dislikes

...employee in a flat package for years. Partiality is seen with metro & non metro. People who are working with non metro treated lesser in terms of rating & compensation. Because of 1 or 2 senior managers company has a pathetic named on the market & which is true also.

Novartis has supported their employees in this pandemic situation. There is no head count reduction,no salary deduction,even we are getting our expenses.

Only concern is company is expecting growth in this situation. Where the patient flow has reduced,Many drs reduced their OP.

The company is great place to work and love the fact that I am a part of team that is Market reliable and high quality products.

Overall everything is superb about company... but only I would say that company compensation is average as compare to other MNC’s

Company is good .. Salary hike is good.. incentives good... GD innovations.. lots of travel.. lots of politics.. GD carrer grwth if u r politically strong

Overall derma division management,, training,, behavior,, HR has no idea about what's happening below there nose, neither they are interested to know.no job security.

...mental health support Ample PTO and vacation days make it easy to take time off when needed, without the stress of losing pay
