No growth, salary hikes 5-7%, promotion hikes 6-8%, learning opportunities very less, upper leadership will provide you excuses but will never listen to employee, pay parity is very bad- its very common to see people 2 positions lower to you earning equal or more to you.

Laid back, Best for someone who wants a boring job with good pay after having 5-6 years of experience. Great work-life balance and company culture.

...re. No scope for promotions without completing the 2 years per role requirement. No competitive salary. No challenging tasks. Anything more complex than a drag and drop would be delegated to some consultancy.

Salary wise is less . Opportunity is less if you are working remotely and recognise is less. Promotion is very bad. It takes lot of time to get promotion
