Management is not that good, when it comes on managers job, he takes job of his under working colleague and senior manager also supports to him, they don't listen to or nor come to ask the reason. It was consultant Doctor's fault and the manager had know the reason but still action will be taken against you.

It is a grate experience to work with my company and i was gaining some knowledge in this centre, it was my lucky to share work with my colleagues.
