Only one. Salary comes in time.

Dislikes

Too much internal politics. Hire and fire culture. They hire people and expect them to sycophant. Otherwise, they mentally harass people and strategically fire them. Abusive workplace. Increment is not good. Workspace is not good. 6 days a week. Leaves are only on papers but not available to avail. Strict hours

disgusting work culture. no incremrnt. only politics to let u down. sunday also u need to work and u have to do extra hours but they will not pay you extra on behalf. Dont go their for job its better to do nothing but dont go their to ruin your life.

Nova gives training during the year to make our employees more knowledgeable, confident and growing .

Dislikes

They only give value and priority to Dr. Only .they do not have value of our employees even don't have any perks to motivate them...on the top of they exploiting the multitasking employees by make them over load with work.

A chance to learn and grow. Team ready to help in case of any questions or anything needed.

Dislikes

Overworked and overburnt. No backups in case you need to take leave. Take more than 45 days to give settlement copy+relieving letter + experience letter.. that too after constant reminders they will give.
