Likes

A lot of learning with good projects having focus on delivery. If someone works for 8 hours a day, there is no need to work more. Colleagues are collaborative and helpful. Management is strict about delivery commitments.

Dislikes

If I give a date and I don’t meet it, management asks me why it was not met. They are too much customer-focused and don’t like dates being missed.

Likes

It's a small startup but a promising company. I learned new technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. Explored myself more in Python programming. I have very good and supportive colleagues.

Dislikes

Company is still in it's growing phase so some policies related to HR need to be regularized. There are no fun activities, for e.g. festival celebration or days celebration.
