Be ready to lose personal time, you will be indirectly pressured to work overtime, No strong HR policies, though weekends are off, you might need to work or be on call 24/7 even though you get paid for 5 days a week.

There is no job security: The managers have been fired due to the introduction of automation process. Work culture: The HR will promise that you will get raise after a year, it’s been 1 year 6 mos and I am still following up. PF is a scam. You deal with rude customers everyday and there is no support from the HR team. You will work during weekends and still get 500 as incentive. You will never meet your target, the bar is set that high. Forget about appreciation from the higher management. Overall, its a blood sucking place where there is no security, money, skill, appreciation. Nothing.

Notion press is a great and easy platform for Authors and Publishing. Their software is so easy to use and create books . Literally customer care is amazing and nice .

-The founders are extremely stingy, you will never get a promotion -They will micromanage you till you drop dead and will lure you with the most ridiculous incentives -The upper management isn't fit to call themselves 'leaders'. I was in a meeting where a person was threatened and yelled at because he was 5 mins late and didn't switch on his camera -They are the epitome of unprofessionalism -If you aren't from Chennai, you will always feel like an outside because all their conversations are in Tamil -This was possibly one of the worst places I've worked at
