The place is filled only with favouritism The employees are exploited. No skip level meetings are conducted to hear the employees issues. Managers tend to work from home and employees are being forced to come to work even thou they are unwell. Employees are being threatened by warning letters and lay offs.

In this company has a really open environment and friendly colleagues also positive work-life balance, valuing diversity and inclusion, and a culture of continuous learning new new creative things.

The job is good but you never know when they will move you to any team without any prior notice and that too no proper traning for the new process because they themselves are learning it.

Dislikes

No job security and only one way cab provided that too no allowance and no proper process or professional behaviour or decisions made by the team leads or seniors or the director of delivery of this company. He makes decisions based upon his current mood. And if you don't listen to there decisions they will tell you either leave the job or continue of what they told you. Director of delivery is very rude with males and the opposite with women and his own friends. Basically he is very biased with his decisions. No one likes eachother but no one will tell it because they can't do nothing.

Great work environment and supportive management. Norwin has an interactive and supportive team. Working with them is a learning experience. They has many outings and team bonding exercise. Encouraging team culture makes it a positive experience for us everyday.

Absolutely nothing. Also, I'm unable to give a brutally honest reivew...as you don't have appropriate rating for the same. Please provide provision to rate far worse than terrible.

Everything. Company management, process, work experience, how they treat employee. Worst company ever I worked with.
