Work is assigned In a systematic way. Leaves are not granted timely, no hikes or increments. Lot of System IT issues. Did not provide laptop we are using own laptops for wfh. Ofcourse if your naive there are colleagues who can have fun with your innocence. Hirachial politics. Worst cafeteria or no caferia is better word to describe.

Dislikes

No cafeteria no transport facility no laptop provided for wfh. No bonus. Office is in a residential area no metro travelling is hassle if one doesn’t own a vehicle. Work is manageable and better wfh. Health insurance isn’t that great. Satisfactory! Experince.

Good work life balance, supportive managers . Good work culture, good salary/ appraisal benifits

Dislikes

No office transport, no good cafeteria and strictly no wfh or hybrid options it’s daily office job. No any other perks and benifits and medical insurance is not that great.
