No job security, no proper recognition, poor management, they will give false feedback to the future companies while the time of reference check.

Management never aware about the engineers, they only collect the data from manager level persons , most of the time they will give wrong feed back about the engineers, because managers have fear to loose their place because of the extraordinary juniors.
