.... Terrible work life balance. One can expect calls anytime in 24 hours of day. They start giving salary after 3 months from your joining date and the starting salary of a fresher engineer is INR 6000 a month

Only positive thing is that you will learn here a lot and Seniors will be very cooperative You will achieve something just invest yourself truely.

Payout is very low. Management is worst. Delay in Salary. Very Serious culture no extra activities.

Very friendly work atmosphere in company. everything is good except compensation and appraisal

you have many opportunities but you need to go through so many task like appraisal should be good. It's all depends on how much interact wit the senior and managers. it's doesn't include the performance based, i have good experience in Northcorp

The company kills the future of the employees, would suggest u not to carry forward with this company because of the fake assurance they give to u on different platforms.

Dislikes

It's an company which make fake promises to u and even they make excuses for giving salary on time and they make you work whole month without a single day leave and if u don't go to office they will terminate u immidetly and will even not pay you for the time you worked.
