Nothing, the worst company ever, it will commit you alot at the joining time, bonus amount was commited to me and not given, I was one of the good performers and was promised the PLI amount, my managers too processed it but the upper management didnt give the amount, there is no job security

Everything, dont join, its a fraud company. HR role is just till the joining. They pay salaries very very late.

Everything, the owner of the company, they are very bad, they didnt give me my FNF, bonus was commited, even the managers processed from their end with approval, but the owners are cheap people.

The company gives an oppurtunity to every new person of learning. But Company never give promotion & salary hike.So that persons give up their job.

...s good, Management alway is supporting any issues about job, appraisal are good. They give good salary for new joiner, salary hike is good above 25% , Diwali bonus is provide every year without fail before Diwali comes.

...error. No work culture. Zero management. No growth. No value of your hardwork. They cut salary for one minute late and want to work after office working hours. No decision making right. I have very bad experience in my whole career. My suggestion, no matter how good and qualified you are if you have self respect prefer not to join this company .
