Likes

Students were very enthusiastic , a good and careful guidance can uplift their performance to the fullest. Cleanliness of the school environment was really praiseworthy.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

As a assistant teacher there was no scope of improvement in that school. Pay scale of the teacher was not satisfactory. Cooperation between the teachers were very low. Sometimes management behavior was very rude and aggressive.
