...new projects continuously. Compensation package is good. Job security is there. Salary package is as per government of India's rules and based on profit earned on sell of quantum of power. Travelling is now a part of any job and it is there also. Little bit of politics is seen in every job and there is no difference here also. But not much is seen here. Middle management and senior management officers are to perform maximum here.

NEEPCO is totally works on core electrical concept and produced electrical energy to empower our nation through various electrical generation process. and it is best option for started my career.

I have no reason for dislike NEEPCO.

Chance of learning in depth of the filed with deeply involvement in the field and exposure to the team of expats and Indigenous expert engineers.

Dislikes

Culture of communal/regional feelings, partial-ism, godfather like attitude and behaviour of the management. Denial of the opportunities to the deserving candidates.
