Good work environment and management is very helpful. Company give good salary hike every year. They provide enough security to their employees.

It is like a big boss house in one word. There is no growth, conditional working atmosphere all over, for freshers there is 2 years agreement. With 6 months notice period. Completely worst, there is nothing value for who are works hardly, for freshers they will give 15k after 3 months it will reduce to 11k or 12k.

They are not supporting anything, they are asking us to work daily 13 hrs, we didn't get any hike for 2 yrs. selfish people, selfish company.

This company is like a seasonal fruit it will share it's pure taste up to 1 year only .....

Every week wensday night 11:30pm to 2:30am meeting with CEO even for women employees some times, no offer letter, no pay slips, no sick leaves, if you put sick leave they will hold your salary, person who act like working 24 hours or above in a day will considered as employ. facilities are ZERO .

Good company if ypu are into cardiology department, you find and asshle name santhosh who would try to bring you back alway, they will try their level best to keep you away from hikes by using their internal politics, if you are a girl ull find a best time , if u are a guy then u are of no use to the company.
