Well it is an open environment to push yourself and work beyond your current limits. I have had my fair share of learning from Nordic Seed Design and I'm quite thankful to my teammates for that. You tend to learn about the practice of creativity all by yourself if you are keen enough. That being said it's true about every other place producing creative outputs.

Dislikes

The pay is decent to be very honest. However the policies are somehow unfair and not templated which is inconvenient during the relieving process. There is no policy of provident fund or healthcare whatsoever. The work process is extremely opaque and certain processes tend to be absolutely redundant. However you won't have to compromise with your learning if you have immense patience and a will to forgive your coworkers for their regressive and impulsive behaviour. Work life balance does somehow seem forced since you are asked to maintain balance even though you're made to feel extremely uncomfortable at the end of the day. Therefore, it's a no-no.
