I'm about to complete 2 years with this group in a few months, and the experience so far has been nothing short of amazing. the company has a great culture, where employees are valued and the management us always approachable and supportive. I've had the opportunity to handle end-to-end HR Processes, and the management's support has been crucial in every step. the flexible working hours, with a start time from 8:30 am and last in-time at 10:30 am, accommodate different lifestyles perfectly. Plus, the prime location makes it convenient to access all necessary facilities and transportation. Nordem truly priorities its employees' well-being.

1) Great learning scope - The seniors have in-depth knowledge of a lot of things and are helpful too. You'll learn a lot in your domain. 2) Environment and Culture is good, no micro-management. 3) Good Work-life balance and flexibility in working hours. 4) Code quality is top-notch, everything is standardized and well structured. Can say, Overall a good company.

Dislikes

One thing which I see on a down side is, less remote working culture. Though they provide WFHs in emergency situations but still, if you want to get a WFH, you'll need to take a couple of approvals first. I believe, that can be little improved. Rest it's good.

The company possess a great environment to work in, learning sessions are held every week, and culture is building like any other IT company in Jaipur. The best part is that management is approachable to everyone, and any concern raised is listened to and acted upon. get 1 cl and 1.5 EL every month like 2.5 leaves a month no other company gives the same.

I feel more at home, more comfortable, more in control and more supported than I ever have before. This employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I have been here about 3 months now, and I have not heard any grumbling about management or the company or even the co-workers. Thanks.
