...nd kept repeating the same thing."kal le lena..." This hotel does not deduct PF. What if your salary is less than 10,000. don't know why ? Salary slip format very poor whan I was take clearance I requested for Salary slip so thay gave me very poor format Salary slip and thay even not mention Hotel Name also. And whan I asked please change the format than HR executive Answer " Yaha par managers ko bhi iesi hi Salary slip di jati hai tum koe special ho kya" I Request to management please change the format. some people in the staff use abusive language include executive and manager Cafeteria food same taste everyday and thay not give fullfill balance nutrition , you have also dring food outside for balance healthy lifestyle.

By providing jobs till in covid when no other hotel are even open.

... to indicated lower people. The timing over here is about 12 to 14 hours normal. When people give resignation they don't give clearance to people easily they hold the salary for doing that.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
