Nothing is good very bad culture. hr is very bad and owner also bad.

Dislikes

The company culture is poor. HR representative Harish Petkar is unprofessional, especially towards female employees. He does not communicate respectfully and often raises his voice, making him unsuitable for an HR position. His behavior is more authoritative than supportive. If you have a stable and secure job, it is not advisable to leave it for this company. Additionally, the lunch break is not flexible."
