Professional boundaries? Never heard of those. Toxicity at its Peak: Verbal abuse is normal. Self-esteem destruction is part of your job description. Entire teams (like Accounts Payable) operate under low confidence because everyone is treated the same. You are pushed to close monthly books by the 2nd, even when vendors haven’t raised their invoices. Logical reasoning is not welcome here. The Final Blow: Towards month-end, your work (suddenly) becomes “full of errors,” and you are treated like trash. Public humiliation becomes a daily affair, and other departments join in the mockery.
