Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

NOMAC is good company comparative management also local management appreciate with workers i like it nomac due to giving salary in time during cov19.

compensation is decent,the work pressure is high.i have to attend client calls in the evening also night time and friday, saturday our rest that time put our name on call duty without any benefit this is not good.there is no on-job training any fresher course.

Super weak and poor management, wrong/below average people for the critical positions with extremely handsome packages. No vision , no forecasting, no employee well-being, no career growth & development. Purely a " WASTA" company with no moral or any work ethics at all. Employee's exploitation and discrimination at its peak. Highly not recommeneded !!!!

NOMAC IS GOOD ORGANISATION, AS FAR AS NOMAC KSA IS CONSIDER, I ADVICE NOT TO JOIN NOMAC KSA ANY PROJECT, BECAUSE THEY ARE FOCUSING ON LOCALIZATION, IF SOME BODY ALLREADY WORKING, DONT JOIN KSA PLANT.YOU CAN JOIN NOMAC DUBAI OR OTHER PLANT.
