...ammates are supportive.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work to improve process and quality continuously to satisfy both internal & external customers all the time.He provide the food very satisfied to all employees.

Our employees salary is very low and the candidates are allowed by contract. Money is the one of the problm in this company...

...mmates are also good, then career growth is not very well but an average to all.Salary/Arreaisal is also littel and require more work on this from company.

Politics is very bad as it is field job and not contribute to our work on achievement, it only depend on our your manager and all senior/Upper managers are totally trust on it whether it is right or Wrong. Work life balance is average and work envirnment is also not very well. As there is no any innovation done by company. Also it takes very short time span for training purposes as compare to other.

Nokia Siemes provides good learning prospects and is very employee centric. however, due to Telecom industry leading to saturation Level job security, growth and compensation are real issues a cross the sector.

Nokia is a best place of you are looking out for a stable job and secure stay. In my 14 yrs of career I have seen very less or least corporate politics in Nokia. I don't want to generalise that for the whole company becoz I have worked for 3 different teams at Nokia. So that's my opinion. Sometimes people are extremely rude and head strong here, becoz they have lived their whole life here and they think it's their own place. So you might some times better dissatisfied with the people around.

Dislikes

Everybody has the same opinion about pay and promotion. But I personally feel Nokia is paying a bit less than the market trend, however their policies are fair enough. At the end of the day, the more you earn, the more tax you pay, so it's one and the same.
