...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Everything is poor. Management is greedy and only concern about collecting fee and close his eyes for better ment of students. Middle management is incapable and cunning.

There is nothing which can be appreciated accept the campus and colleagues( but that depends)

No promotions and increments. Lot of descrimination. Your teaching efforts and quality ,No is going to consider. Even if you are best teacher and performing all duties and your students are satisfied but that is not countable.

Owner of university is an nice person so no complain about them and you will get nice colleges always.

HR does not know about their rights and it something goes wrong with you then you will get zero support from HR. Directors, HOD if they want revenge from you then HR will support them not to you because they all try to hire own people and fire all others. If you want to grow then just follow them blindly without doing any work and you will get everything. Chairman is not aware whats going on in his organisation.
