Nothing to like about this company. Management successfully hired people from the market by luring them with high package but it was short time to disrupt the market and kill the competition.

Culture, Top management no one supports the employees. Variable salary to employees was the biggest criminality.

Worst company to work with. Specially for experienced person. They offer good package to attract experienced person then after joining we know in this company there is no fixed salary. Never expects full salary unless and until u achieve 80 or above target. Which is very rare to achieve 80% of target. Otherwise u will get whatever salary. There is no salary calculation formula. Worst company to work. Don’t join this otherwise they will throw u in 2,3 months

Dislikes

Fixed Salary should not be affected. PIP period should be lil less strict. Old people will be asset to company just keep in mind

...sick leaves in a month, you need to go to doctors in your condition for a note. or else no pay. How dare you aren't in office by 10am, despite stretching everyday till 8/8.30 pm?? How unprofessional. Can you leave one day early without hearing taunts as if it was a huge favour done to you akin to kidney transplantation?? Lol forget it. If you are someone who can tolerate bs seniors, lic. k their feet, nod to everything they say, let them shout at you as if you commited a sin, lay down your life for them, suffer me. ntal harrassment everyday, yet keep smiling and pretend all is fine with manager, like being watched 247, join this company and that one particular team which sits in other building, in an odd number floor. You will also be watched 247. You never know a simple discussion about tv serials, or news, or weather can determine you will get promotion or not. Everything is a test. I think hunger games was easier minus the part where you perish

No proper Petrol allowance, still didn't get my salary telling like credited like that but Is management no proper training, Worst Work for a startups

During onboarding company have told, they will provide 1 month salary of doing rely off,, I got removed from the system without even 1 Day notice period, and no salary provided as they promised during onboarding
