No outings No good appraisal Inside Politics Hint: Once you entered into NB as a client advisor, you have to achieve targets every month because we are selling flats which worth crores, what management think like we are selling vegetables and it's very easy to do...Where they don't know the ground reality how a sales guy is facing lot many situations to solve the clients queries.... If you are not reaching the sales target in 1 month then you will recieve a PIP mail to prove yourself on next month if not you are out of the system 🚨So beware of Nobroker

I appreciate the punctual salary, but there isn't much else to like about the job.

Working as a client advisor at NoBroker has been a disappointing experience due to several concerning aspects: - The use of unacceptable and unparliamentary language by the city head when addressing low-performing colleagues is highly unprofessional and creates a hostile work environment. - Communication skills among colleagues in similar roles are severely lacking, especially during client interactions, leading to a negative impact on client relationships. - The city head's discouraging attitude towards client advisors, lack of professionalism, tardiness, and casual attire undermine the company's image and employee morale. - The office environment is substandard with broken furniture and a lack of lockers for storing valuables during site visits, highlighting a disregard for employee well-being and safety. -Employees are promised a six-day work week but are frequently required to work on weekends without compensation. -Employees are frequently required to work beyond 10 hours, sometimes extending to 12 hours, due to unprofessional business practices enforced by the city head, creating a distressing work atmosphere.Employees are frequently required to work beyond 10 hours, sometimes extending to 12 hours, due to unprofessional business practices enforced by the city head, creating a distressing work atmosphere. Work life balance is very good.Depending on the project there are no restriction on work from home. No dress code. Lots of good policies for women and specially abled people.

...sick leaves in a month, you need to go to doctors in your condition for a note. or else no pay. How dare you aren't in office by 10am, despite stretching everyday till 8/8.30 pm?? How unprofessional. Can you leave one day early without hearing taunts as if it was a huge favour done to you akin to kidney transplantation?? Lol forget it. If you are someone who can tolerate bs seniors, lic. k their feet, nod to everything they say, let them shout at you as if you commited a sin, lay down your life for them, suffer me. ntal harrassment everyday, yet keep smiling and pretend all is fine with manager, like being watched 247, join this company and that one particular team which sits in other building, in an odd number floor. You will also be watched 247. You never know a simple discussion about tv serials, or news, or weather can determine you will get promotion or not. Everything is a test. I think hunger games was easier minus the part where you perish
