NMC only few people getting benefits , no matter how hard you are working no one care , but if you have good relation with top management you will be promoted ..they always minimize your efforts , always focusing for mistakes , there's no life balance in a week you can work different shift , no fixed weekly off , blaming culture only ,, they will never support you always they want you to fall down ..they don't protect you any customer can insult you or abuse you

I lost my courier because Rohit got a confirmation call from other hospital and he said all wrong about me because of him i lost my oppertunity

Rohit and his team is the reason to dislike Full on open partiality Specially Saly and Sachin They all go personal and make trouble in future

I'm thankful that I still have work when I was still there, but the time when I got covid I was disappointed with them, I have to go to the gov't hospital just to do quarantine because I'm staying in spacious accommodation with people around me. so I have to leave which is NMC hospital my employer where I got covid they did not help me to get. Thanks to Seha Hospital very accomodating.

New facility, New processes. HR is very supportive. The unit is having multi cultural society, people from various nationalities. Overall a good organization.

Some old legacy still involves in politics who have been indirectly interfering into unit's affairs
