TO CALCULATE PENDING BILLS EVERY END OF THE MONTH TO SETTLE BY CONCERNED STAFF. UNFORTUNATELY, ONE YEAR CALCULATION WILL END YOU TO PAY THOUSANDS AS PART OF THE CLEARANCE.

Working with NMC means a good job security and if you are close, favorite, or relative with top management of DIP NMC then will get all benefits.

No chance of getting a employee development programme, actually earlier was training & development division but later on they sacked the trainer, and also increment specially in DIP branch is only twice a year not annually and You can say it was fixed whatsover how hard working you are. And promotion just a dream, only few are eligible for that.
