Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. There is nothing much good to say. Only good thing about the compamy is country manager is a very understanding and nice person

Dislikes

Very very strict timings. Extreme politics. No phones allowed inside. Cannot get work from home easily. No adequate manpower because of which all the pending work pressure is put on existing people. They ask you to work on weekends ( extra work) but you should come only to office and work. Timing is very strict. 9 to 6. If yu start by 5.59 also you will be questioned
