I(Ekta Dhingra) am currently working as an Ecommerce deputy manager for Nivia Sports, a company with great potential for growth both nationally and internationally. The vision of our CEO, Mr. Kharbanda, is truly inspiring, and I was impressed by it during my induction. What I love most about working here is the sense of teamwork that I experience on a daily basis, as well as the strong relationships that I have formed with my colleagues. It's clear that Mr. Rajesh, our CEO, genuinely cares about his employees, and this is reflected in the positive culture of the company. Recently, during our year-end get-together, Mr. Kharbanda explained the company's mission and vision through a PPT, which was a great opportunity to gain a broader understanding of the company's goals. I am thrilled to be able to work with colleagues at all levels to drive change and contribute to the company's growth.Overall, I am excited about the future and am looking forward to making a meaningful contribution to the success of Nivia Sports.

I have joined Nivia sports as a Data analyst in April 2023, and it is one of the most easy and friendly organization to work in. The organization culture is so uplifting that it gives individual's space to dream and reach their goal. Overall I would definitely recommend others to work with Nivia sports.

I would like to share my experience with Nivia Sports since I joined in February 2023. I was very excited to work under such great management. People here are very kind and helpful. Plus, the workflow here is very balanced as one is given adequate time to complete their tasks. Overall, I am glad to be part of this group and want to be actively involved in their future endeavors.

My overall experience at the company has been great. Since, the first day, I have never felt like a new employee. There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow and the workflow balance is good. Overall i am quite happy to be working in such a great environment.
