Worst behaviour of management. We don’t get week offs, even we have to work for half a day festive days. Site timings are terrible. They cut salary for being late even 5min. One don’t get any skills working with this organisation as they don’t value the inputs of engineers in terms of progress of works.

It's really good to earn money. We can also improve our communication skills.

They were not able to give salary and commission and incentives properly.and the salary date be also too long. the previous month salary was credited in our account on next month date 17 or 20.

If any one able to do politics rather than doing their job, this company suits to them. The growth in company is related to the persons those who give false claims/negative feedbacks on fellow colleagues and also management encourages those people only. There are a lot more politics in the company. The management is worst kind and believes in those who gives negative feedbacks on colleagues which is a bad sign of growth for any organization and they see you in negative perspective in all situations as they already received bad feedback. The company policy is not employee friendly. The company runs for a set of people and not for all. Don’t believe the ratings which are given 5 star as it is given by someone from management.
