1. Poor HR team, no proper communication and they just don't care about the employee 2. The employee is just a cash cow and when the project ends, he /she will be fired, no matter how loyal and hardworking the individual was. They follow the HIRE AND FIRE culture 3. The accounts team is full of lazy and drowsy individuals. They never respond to any of your queries and Jan to April expect delayed salaries with statements like TAX calculation in progress 4. Insurance and other benefits are just a facade. If joining here make sure you have another proper family insurance 5. All SOPS provided at the time of joining are rhetoric and baseless

...leagues who payroll of Nityo) 1)They have not even intimated one day before,. 2) No salary on time 3) Rude behavior from HR's and they will not even respond your answers. 4) Once I loosed my they were not even given my experience letter, relieving letter so that my next company delayed in joining. 5) Literally I fought to get my relieving letter and experience letter and they made me cry :( . 6) This is my experience plz don't join here.

This is my payroll company. I was deployed on client side. They do not have development centers in Pune or Mumbai. Pune office staff was having hardly few ladies.

They used to pay salary on every next month's 7-10 date and even more till 12 if holiday comes in between. They will not pay before if there are holidays ahead. I have submitted my investment proofs during(on timeline cycle) notice period but they have not accepted and considered in full and final settlement.

It's a consultancy. They will provide salary based on your timesheet approval by your client. They will not provide experience letter until you will get final settlement (after 2 months ).

1) Not have Job security, 2) They wont maintained Bench policy if the project completed they will fire you immediately, 3) Monthly only one leave they will provide ex: if the month have public holiday you took leave they will consider you took 2days leaves then they will cut your 1day salary. 4) They wont tell this things initially, 5) they will pay your salary between 7 to 10 .
