...leagues who payroll of Nityo) 1)They have not even intimated one day before,. 2) No salary on time 3) Rude behavior from HR's and they will not even respond your answers. 4) Once I loosed my they were not even given my experience letter, relieving letter so that my next company delayed in joining. 5) Literally I fought to get my relieving letter and experience letter and they made me cry :( . 6) This is my experience plz don't join here.

...ne, in offer letter write other thing Don't trust, read carefully offer letter If you find clause you have to pay 1-3 month salary on breach of contract, don't accept it.

This is my payroll company. I was deployed on client side. They do not have development centers in Pune or Mumbai. Pune office staff was having hardly few ladies.

Dislikes

They used to pay salary on every next month's 7-10 date and even more till 12 if holiday comes in between. They will not pay before if there are holidays ahead. I have submitted my investment proofs during(on timeline cycle) notice period but they have not accepted and considered in full and final settlement.

Hi I am woked there for past 6 months as DMS Executive. Very worst experience in this ever in any other. No one will move as a friendly relationship in job. Continuous work actuall timings is 8 hours per day. But I worked more than 10 hours. If month end more than 12 hours. No over time expense is provided there. Management is not giving more time to learn job roll. Without any information suddenly they given notice in 20 days time leave the job. Simply in one word very very very poor management. No garranty for job in there management.

Beacuse it is none other than we can say as A BPO Job. 4) work environment is very worst. 5)Work life balance is very difficult in this company 6) No job security any time can go out side the campus. 7)simply they will blackmail every time.
