1) Not have Job security, 2) They wont maintained Bench policy if the project completed they will fire you immediately, 3) Monthly only one leave they will provide ex: if the month have public holiday you took leave they will consider you took 2days leaves then they will cut your 1day salary. 4) They wont tell this things initially, 5) they will pay your salary between 7 to 10 .

No process for working, false commitment, physically no one available to help you for accounting relate problems keep on looping again and again , they follow school rules and regulations insted of coperate rules & regulations.

Management is not good,they torcher and pressurized for workload,if you face ny issue they didn't listen to you and you left the job they terminate immediately without listening your concern.
