Job rotations available here so our skill is multi tasking. Directe appreciations from our top managements and our clients look like Renault Nissan & Ford. Haven't family cover medical insurance. They are giving decision authority for every one. It will help for confident to us. If some time that decision is fail they adjustable and encouragement for upcoming days.They are simply saying every acts is learning.so again that fail will not happen.

Dislikes

Family cover insurance not available only we have employees and his spouse and children's only.Not covered parents.Work pressure is heavy from clients.but if here after we will work from any other company we can manage easily any kind of work pressure.

Likes

The top management (Japanese) and Indian do not have proper coordination. An employee always live in ambiguity about their future.

Dislikes

The culture of the co-employees and top executives are so poor in proficiency. Any an employee can not rely his neighbor and can not expect any help in terms of proficiency.
