It's a typical promoter-driven company, where colleagues are not supposed to be friends with each other, the owner believes in micromanagement to the extent that you can't even imagine. no matter what role you are hired for, it is never specified to that scope or the department. you need to do whatever he asks you to do even if there is no logic behind it. Wants the work from the vendor to be done immediately but when it comes to payment, he stops responding. And many such reasons that I disliked about working at Nitesh Group.
