Nitco has 250 branches all over in india , i had worked in chameajpet branch.its a good company, manager was good @ teaching all d company rules ,regulation and in training also. I was feeling secure & safe. Staff was good no more work pressure, my job was easy to work. But company rules/ conditions are toooo tuff to follow.

I like only our recovery section team work. Specially thanks to our team leader Mr. Amit Singh Waldia.

Dislikes

Management was not good, No any employee follows company protocols. Management and directors level people play politics and exploits junior. No any person give respect to another person. Some seniors have bad habits and always abuse in front of ladies to another persons.
